Cancellation Policy
At VibeRise Wellness, we value both your time and ours. To keep sessions running smoothly and to respect other clients who may be waiting for an appointment, we kindly ask that you review the following policy: Cancellations or rescheduling made 24 hours or more before your scheduled appointment time can be made at no charge. Cancellations or rescheduling made between 12 and 24 hours before your appointment time are subject to a 20% fee of the scheduled service price. Cancellations, rescheduling, or no-shows made less than 12 hours before your appointment time are subject to a 50% fee of the scheduled service price. If you do not attend your appointment and do not contact us in advance, it will be treated as a no-show and charged at the 50% rate. We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can arise. If something urgent comes up, please reach out as soon as possible so we can work with you on a case-by-case basis. By booking a session, you agree to the terms of this cancellation and rescheduling policy.
