Meet the VibeRise Wellness Team

Matthew Smith — Reiki Master

Matthew is a 200-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher, Usui Reiki Master Practitioner, Certified Thai Yoga Massage Practitioner and holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA). With 25 years of experience in taking care of patients in healthcare, he developed a deep appreciation for both modern medicine and the body's innate capacity for healing and renewal. Today, his work focuses on integrating yoga, Reiki, Thai Yoga Massage and complementary wellness practices to help individuals reconnect with themselves, assist people and animals in elevating their energetic vibration, and cultivate greater balance, healing, and vitality. He believes true wellness emerges when evidence-based care and holistic practices work together in support of the whole. Whether you are seeking relaxation, energetic balance, personal growth, or a supportive wellness practice — for yourself or a beloved pet — his goal is to help create space for healing and transformation.

Jill Smith — Wellness Practitioner

Jill brings over 30 years experience of taking care of patients in healthcare and a deep commitment to holistic wellness. After discovering the profound healing potential of sound therapy firsthand, she knew she needed to share it with others and became a certified sound therapy (sound bath) practitioner. Jill weaves sound into a variety of healing contexts, including yoga classes, meditation, Reiki sessions, and standalone sound bath experiences. Whether you are seeking deep relaxation, stress relief, or a complement to your existing wellness practice, her sessions offer a gentle, restorative space to reconnect with yourself.

We are working hard behind the scenes to bring you even more opportunities to support your wellness journey, and we cannot wait to share the details with you. Updates will be announced right here on the blog and across our channels as soon as each new offering is ready — so stay tuned!

At Our Business / Home Location: Enjoy a dedicated, peaceful environment by scheduling a session at our location.

Mobile — We Come to You: We bring our services directly to individual clients at their preferred location, so you can experience wellness in the comfort of your own home or space.

Events & Classes in Stark and Surrounding Counties: We host and participate in events and classes at various businesses throughout Stark County and the surrounding counties across Ohio, bringing community-centered wellness right to your neighborhood.

Remote — Anywhere in the World: Distance is no barrier to healing. We offer remote sessions so that no matter where you are located, the benefits of Reiki, Sound Baths  and Akashic records,  are always within reach.
